After 18 years of business, one thing we have learned is that e-mail support for computer trouble shooting just does not work.  If you own one of our Computers and are having trouble, please just call our tech support number (307-721-3188)  and save your self time and frustration.  With so many possible scenarios, this is by far the easiest and quickest way to get your PC back up and running. 

We tried doing technical support via e-mail for years and found it to be a waist of time.  After days of e-mailing and time wasted, nine times out of ten we ended up talking to the customer over the phone to solve simple issues.
